We’re delighted to introduce you to our recent endeavor, the Margaret Street Residence, a truly stunning new home in North Beach situated on the picturesque ocean side. This remarkable project involved a thoughtful and innovative new extension to an existing house built in the 1980s, focusing intricately on seamlessly blending the charm of the old with the luxuries of the new. Our primary objective was to maximize the available outdoor space, ensuring that every inch was utilized efficiently and aesthetically, and to maximize views of the magnificent ocean, thus allowing the residents to fully embrace and enjoy the breathtaking scenery from multiple vantage points within their home.

The landscape design included several carefully curated elements, such as inviting courtyards and a sophisticated rooftop terrace, all of which were part of the comprehensive brief.
